1. Eat various multi – coloured food.

The fast and light breakfast will be useful to you only when it consists of healthy food. That is why replace sweets with some sort of fruit or a vegetable. In this way you will still accept the energy necessary to you to feel satiety until your next meal.
7. Learn to have fun and to eat healthy.
It is not necessary to suffer, because you are in a restaurant or on holidays. Order the salad with olive oil, instead of oil, fish to be grilled instead of fried etc. Impress your friends with the care of your health in each situation.
